Phil Ford, the agency’s founder, brings a wealth of experience and leadership, having earned prestigious recognitions throughout his career. A proud alumnus of Arkansas State University with a BA in Business Administration, Phil has been deeply involved in community service and leadership for decades.

A devoted family man, Phil has been happily married to his lovely bride for 62 years. Together, they have raised three sons and are proud grandparents to three grandchildren—all of whom have continued the family legacy by becoming agents within the State Farm family.

Phil’s extensive community involvement includes serving as Past Chairman of West Memphis Parks & Recreation, 15 years on the West Memphis School Board of Education, Past President and Paul Harris Fellow of the Rotary Club, and 16 years with the Arkansas Department of Higher Education, including 4 years as Chairman. The agency also maintains active participation in the local Chamber of Commerce.
